Can a digital control device be the cause of my device splitting down?

On Wednesday, I was woken up by the heat in the house. I was dripping with sweat all over my sheets. It was 2 am in the day on a hot Summer Wednesday. I checked the digital control device on my nightstand plus it was off. I got current batteries from the drawer but the device still did not turn on. I tried switching off the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C device from the power then back on, but the device did not come on. I got fans from the garage plus used them to keep me cool until day. The cooling specialist came a few minutes later to perform an tune-up on the heat pump. They changed the filter which was dirty but not genuinely clogged. The servicemans had not changed it during the last care. In the booklet that also had energy saving tips, I did not see anything about the controller affecting the function of the geothermal heat pump. I hope that I did not have to call the local repair provider for a current unit. The serviceman ran tests on the issue love a broken controller that had indeed affected the function of the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system. I did not believe this was possible; Clearly, I did not believe more about than I thought. I recognized the serviceman as the same a single who had handled my heat pump installation. They got a current controller plus as soon as it was on, the serviceman used it to turn on the main system. It rumbled to life plus after a few minutes, I could suppose the cool air coming from the ducts. The servicemans assured me that I could call the supplier with any questions about my unit.
