HVAC time machine part 5

I left the heating dealership confused and not so “zone controlled”. My local contractor Joe ran up to me. “Honey, your new HVAC tech is a hit, good job!” With wide eyes I asked him “ What quality HVAC equipment did I pitch?” He opened his HVAC a/c rep and heating technician folder and presented to me the schematics. It was my Cooling system gas fireplace with a wireless thermostat! Joe exclaimed “It was genius to add the new a/c filter to the side of the ambient fire display rather than the bottom of the oil furnace! Changing it from a HEPA filter to an a/c filter was also a great move! The chief heat dealer was especially impressed with the cooling system itself; the mini split air conditioner conveniently attached to the back of the gas fireplace provides the best form of zone control one could ask for!” Curiously I asked “Do you think it will need much HVAC maintenance? I know our area has great HVAC service and a heating dealership, but what do you think?” Joe explained “ All HVAC units should get an HVAC tune up every six months, this is just to be sure that our HVAC service and a/c reps provide the best for our customers. It usually takes 3 hours to make sure that the Heat and AC products aren’t clogged in their ducts, but I believe that the ductless mini split solves all of those heating and cooling problems! I sighed in relief only to be shocked by Harssh who exclaimed “HVAC-HVAC” The little space heater was excited and we prepared for our next journey through time with our new HVAC technology.
