Last week, I had to call the Heating plus Air Conditioning repair supplier because I was concerned about our gas furnace; It is early October right now, plus that means the need for the oil furnace is right around the corner, and admittedly, I live in the southeast, so I don’t need the gas furnace really often, and even so, there are some nights where I feel I have to use the oil furnace because if I don’t the pipes might freeze.
I rent the townhouse where I live, plus if the pipes froze, the landlord would have to cover the cost of the repair, however nonetheless, I like to take care of things respectfully… So, anyway, I explained to the Heating plus Air Conditioning serviceman that I would like to have them come out plus do routine maintenance plus inspection on our gas furnace.
I get this done once a year, plus our property owner is regularly triumphant to cover the cost. I was informed by the tech, though, that our landlord had dropped the Heating plus Air Conditioning maintenance agreement, so the cost would be much greater! For that reason, he insisted that our landlord had to be the a single to call in for the gas furnace maintenance. I hesitated to call him, despite the fact that I finally did, plus our landlord was really grateful, he was unaware that he had not renewed the annual Heating plus Air Conditioning maintenance agreement plus was glad to find out; The Heating plus Air Conditioning repairman was so professional, plus that was quite nice to deal with. I think our property owner was glad about it, too, as he was able to get back up to speed with his normal household responsibilities. The gas furnace will be checked next week.
