Or should I say, instead that I can wait. I can wait on the expense of replacing the plumbing fixtures. The kitchen is fairly new, but the heating & cooling equipment is practically non-toiling. I wish I can say that I can wait on the air conditioning & heater. This HVAC service will entail much more than a few parts. Even more than freon from a licensed HVAC provider, & a new air filter. No, this heating & cooling proposal will most likely have to be totally substituted. I’m not sure if the ductwork is reclaimable or whether we would even want it. If the ductworks are not torn, maybe they can be cleaned, but that is doubtful. Until we meet with the heating & cooling professionals, we just won’t know, for sure. Of course, we’ll get at least several HVAC quotes, maybe several to compare. I’ll be as honorableas I can be & will try to compare the HVAC equipment exactly. However, I must be open-minded to a better design of the ductwork layout, if needed. As well as the experience & professionalism of the HVAC provider. Reputations speak genuinely loudly, & the HVAC company is no different. Name recognition, experience and integrity will help us to decide which heating & cooling supplier to work with. All of us will check the Better Business Bureau for all the HVAC companies, & go from there.
