When it comes to technology, I adore the smart kind. In the past, it was normal to have older technology because that old technology now was current for the time. However, things have changed & time has moved on & now it is truly typical for almost everyone to have a smart thermostat rather than a dial thermostat. However not everybody is interested in moving on, & unfortunately my property owner is 1 of those people! Because I do not have the money to buy a house, I live in an apartment. In the house building there are some of the cheapest & worst heating & cooling systems that I have ever had the unfortunate encounter of dealing with. Not only is the thermostat truly ancient, & is an old dial thermostat from forever ago. But the heating & AC system that is in the building isn’teven good! The last time that my air conditioner broke when the maintenance girl came out to take a look at it, she informed me that even she couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it & that it was a more complex issue & that if I wanted to have it fixed I would have to contact a heating & cooling supplier to service it. After waiting many weeks, I was finally able to get an appointment with the Heating & A/C business. The maintenance was high-priced & complicated, & I am just truly sleepy of all this old technology. I wish that my property owner would update to a newer technology for the building so that the heating & AC system would stop chopping down all the time & after that I could worry much less about repairs.
