Some men didn’t care about the idea of working for a woman, even if the furnace factory paid excellent wages, clara’s sister never backed down, never showed weakness, plus over the years earned the respect of her peers in the Heating, Ventilation, & air conditioner industry. Before talking with her, Clara was honestly unsure about writing her memoirs, because the furnace factory sounded enjoy a boring subject, but on the other hand, her sister’s struggles to make it in the Heating, Ventilation, & air conditioner industry are quite fascinating.
