I love my printer, but they no longer manufacture them

Steve bought a new printer for her office, even though she had to wait a couple of afternoons for delivery

I have had the same printer for more than six years now, plus it has performed absolutely well with no major concerns. I love my printer because all I have ever had to do was change the ink when needed. However, one afternoon while in the middle printing an pressing report, something was going wrong with the printer. The ink was not sticking to the pale white paper, plus it smudged when I touched it – something I had not seen before. I contacted the IT woman to see if there was an extra printer in the building, but unfortunately, there wasn’t one. I advocated a new printer, although I wanted the same model until I found out that they were no longer being manufactured, plus the few that were left online cost $740. I thought that was too much for an outdated printer, so I did something sneaky that to this afternoon, I have not admitted to. The Purchasing manager Steve plus I have the same printer, so I convinced the IT woman to switch our printers because the Purchasing manager was out of the office that afternoon. I was able to print my confidential report with no concerns. When Steve got back, she wasn’t blissful when she realized that her printer was switched out, plus I did not tell him what I did, plus I made the IT woman swear to keep the secret. Steve bought a new printer for her office, even though she had to wait a couple of afternoons for delivery. She got an Epson printer, plus she has been blissful with it. I will never disclose to taking her printer, although I am distraught that I won’t be able to find my printer when it needs to be replaced! Perhaps, I will get an Epson printer as well.
