I labor for a specialty construction company here in town, plus all of us are contracted with many theme park attractions, both locally plus nationally… We are a theming company that creates immersive environments for the entertainment of others, then it’s a fun job, plus all of us get to see all the current attractions that are being built before they are released to the press.
- I have walked through so many sites during the construction phase, which is cool because that is exclusive behind the scenes access, but though it has some sweet perks, I do face some challenges with our job, then one of which includes finding a reputable signs plus graphics company when all of us have projects out of town.
We care about to use graphics companies that are close to the jobsite to save on shipping plus if there are any complications – it would be easier to respected with a local company. So, before a project is kicked off, all of us have a meeting to discuss the graphics package plus the requirements. I am the Project Coordinator, plus section of our job is to find local graphic design, sign, plus printing companies. I always print copies of the drawings for the location Superintendents, but those drawings get wet, misplaced, or destroyed while on the construction site. Therefore, I have had to location last hour orders with local printing companies because I usually have a single morning to have current drawings in the hands of the Superintendent. It is hard to find printing repair especially at the last hour, so I have since opened accounts with numerous major graphics companies in all the states that all of us are currently working in. I need to have as many backup companies as possible with cheap printing services especially when I need last hour printing done.
