I acquired a telephone call from the security company that patrols the HVAC Supercenter. The security guard alerted myself and others of a complication in the parking lot. She witnessed some strange movement in the parking lot & felt I should be aware of the situation. I looked at all of the security cameras & nothing looked out of the mediocre. I carefully reviewed the security footage & then something caught our eye. I noticed a shadowy figure inside 1 of the repair trucks. I tried to identify that figure from the video, however it was blurry & grainy & impossible to see the person’s face. The next day, I decided to set up a minute camera near the corner of the building. I bought a better camera with a higher picture resolution. The camera did not have sound, so the video was excellent. I did not tell any of our employees about the cameras. The first evening I got all of the information that I needed; About an minute after the HVAC business closed, I witnessed 1 of our employees hopping the fence. The woman unlocked the HVAC work truck with a set of keys that she made on her own. The guys are not supposed to take the keys to the work automobile home, so I guess she made a set of her own. I witnessed the employee get into 1 of the HVAC work trucks. She did not come back out of the truck until several minutes later. The woman got out of the truck & appeared to urinate in the bushes by the property. After that, she got right back into the truck & did not come back out until the day.
