When you live in the city, you need to have first & last month’s rent paid ahead of time, along with a security deposit that was equal to the rent you were paying.
In several cases, this could be as much as $6000 or more. Along with the rent the two of us would be paying while there, the two of us could have a nice downpayment for a small condo in the suburbs. As soon as I said this, our fiance was starting to call realtors so the two of us could choose who the two of us wanted to work with. Every one of us knew our price range, where the two of us wanted to live, & the two of us wanted a new HVAC system. Along with the currency the two of us had saved on rent, the two of us were going to forego the immense anniversary & use that $50,000 toward the home’s downpayment. When our chosen realtor thought she had the perfect home, she called & made an appointment. Three days later, the two of us were looking at the house. Jill loved the condo & she started asking questions. The first thing she asked was how aged the HVAC method was. The realtor told us the owners had put the HVAC method in about more than three years earlier. After looking at the a/c component & the furnace, I wanted to suppose more than three years earlier than what? WWII? I asked the realtor if she was sure they had installed a new HVAC method in the house. She answered by telling myself and others she had more than one more houses to show me.
