The realtor told us the owners had put the HVAC proposal in about 4 years earlier. After looking at the air conditioning equipment plus the furnace, I wanted to know 4 years earlier than what? WWII? I asked the realtor if she was sure they had installed a current HVAC proposal in the house. She answered by telling me she had more than one more houses to show me.
