In various cases, this could be as much as $6000 or more. Along with the rent all of us would be paying while there, all of us could have a nice downpayment for a small apartment in the suburbs. As soon as I said this, our fiance was starting to call realtors so all of us could choose who all of us wanted to work with. Both of us knew our price range, where all of us wanted to live, & all of us wanted a new Heating and Air Conditioning system. Along with the cash all of us had saved on rent, all of us were going to forego the sizable ceremony & use that $50,000 toward the home’s downpayment. When our chosen realtor thought she had the perfect home, she called & made an appointment. Three days later, all of us were looking at the house. Jill loved the apartment & she started asking questions. The first thing she asked was how old the Heating and Air Conditioning plan was. The realtor told us the owners had put the Heating and Air Conditioning plan in about four years earlier. After looking at the cooling system device & the heating system, I wanted to believe four years earlier than what? WWII? I asked the realtor if she was sure they had installed a new Heating and Air Conditioning plan in the house. She answered by telling me she had 2 more houses to show me.
