Pay attention to Heating plus Air Conditioning condensate

It’s August plus around here, there easily isn’t a hotter week than this week.

August is sort of that long hill at the end of a marathon. You think that once you get over this a single hill, things will be better plus the finish of the race, while challenging, will be much easier. That’s the way it feels while the people I was with and I were in the Last yearof August. All the Heating plus Air Conditioning cooling has helped us get through the initial trials of June plus August. But the giant hill of the Summer is for sure August. And that’s the hill I’m climbing now. With all the Heating plus Air Conditioning cooling that’s been going on Since at least late April, it’s important to keep up with the heating plus cooling equipment chores. While I get seasonal Heating plus Air Conditioning repair from the Heating plus Air Conditioning professionals, there are things that I have to do. Of course, it’s imperative that I change out the Heating plus Air Conditioning air filter each week. That’s essential to the health of the heat pump as it needs unimpeded air flow to supply the central a/c the people I was with and I rely on. But the condensate from the Heating plus Air Conditioning is also something to spend money attention to this time of year as well. There is a drain line that goes from the drain pan under the Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment to the outside. But with all the lawn mowing plus debris outside, that drain line can get blocked which would then back that condensate up plus cause a problem. So I try to get out with a shop vac plus make sure that the Heating plus Air Conditioning condensate line is clear this time of year as the people I was with and I make the final turn of heat season.
