Taking this driveway toil one step at a time

The other day when I tested the weather, I was disappointed because there was a heavy occasion of rain and thunderstorms for many afternoons straight.

These were actually our only afternoons off and I had to finish putting new gravel on the driveway.

Because the driveway is so long, the task was taking a long time to do. Of course I wanted to get it completed before the Wintertide season arrived. While I was aggravated about not being able to do the work, I did love the air conditioning. Both of us have a ductless multi-cut plan in our home, so every one of us love customized comfort in each zone. When I’m toiling in the office, it’s so amazing to adjust the temperature control settings to our preference. Typically, our fiance prefers to crank the AC to winter-like conditions. I, on the other hand, just love a little bit of cooling and less humidity in the air. Anyway, since it wasn’t raining outside yet and the clouds didn’t seem too dark, I chose to get out there and started spreading as much gravel as I could. It was great because I was out there for a few sixths before the rain started to pour. There was lightning and thunder as well, so I quickly got the shovel and rake inside, I actually didn’t want any metal instruments to attract a lightning strike. Still, I wasn’t disappointed with the amount of toil that was done. It’s alright as long as you take it one step at a time when you have the time and the conditions are appropriate. When I got back inside, I was ecstatic because the temperature control settings were just right and our fiance made some delicious iced tea. It tasted amazing after all that work.
