Lifestyle swings include Heating and A/C update for indoor air pollen levels

I wasn’t so sure that I’d ever be able to be fit and healthy.

Since all of our attempts at health and wellness have lasted less than a full week, I wasn’t optimistic when I tried this last time.

But I believe our motivation and perspective were a bit odd this time around. Being 52 and groaning just getting up off the couch inside the central air conditioning of our home seemed wrong. I was just too young to be feeling so old. That coupled with the physical I put off for years were enough to definitely take our situation seriously. The blood work came back not so encouraging for stuff enjoy cholesterol and all that jazz. My blood pressure was high as well. So the time was right for myself and others to make swings. But unlike the efforts of the past, I decided to get some help this time. I got help from a health and fitness expert and went to work. It was gradual at first with just getting out of the air conditioning for a walk. Then, I installed a desk riser inside the zone controlled Heating and A/C of the office so I was standing at least half the morning. From there, I made the transfer to eating healthy and incorporating portion control. Then, it was off to the commercial Heating and A/C of the gym. It took about 8 weeks before I definitely felt better, looked better and these current behaviors felt natural. But I also l gained how crucial the Heating and A/C component is when it comes to the essential impact of indoor air pollen levels in our home. I had the Heating and A/C professionals install a whole home air purification method inside the Heating and A/C unit. And now, I have the sort of indoor air pollen levels that is helping myself and others maintain the level of fantastic health I’ve always aspired to.
