Honestly, from the really start it didn’t think right. Just walking into the zone controlled Heating and A/C of that building to ride up the elevator to our office was a yearly beat down. I hated our task and I hated the fact that I was inside some costly office with the best commercial Heating and A/C only to make rich people richer. But that’s the way I was set up for life. I come from an affluent background where our dad was also always gone to the office. And our Dad was ecstatic to make sure that I was involved in other things so she could enjoy the central air conditioning of the home alone. My Dad and I shared some sort of connection when it came to not being alright with the trajectory of our lives. It’s just that I faced it and changed while she didn’t. But it took myself and others nearly a decade and a half before I’d had enough and was ready to bet on myself. Being a bit of a loner, I saved all the money that I gained because I just didn’t spend much on myself. I lived modestly in a cheaper end house and even made our lunch every morning. So when I pulled the plug, it wasn’t separate from some financial cushion. But I didn’t need much. I’d inherited about many acres of land from our Grandpa and I put a small cottage on that. The location has residential Heating and A/C, a study room, an office, a kitchen and a study room. It’s all I need to live and work the way I want to live and work. And again, the ductless heat pumps produce fantastic quality heating and air.
