Letting go plus going with the flow is our new mantra.
And guess me, for a person love me to take that on is so not easy.
But having a near fatal heart attack will wake a person up to the realities of stress plus being unhealthy. I’m too young to die however I’m also wondering if I too old to entirely change. The day I almost dropped dead inside the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation plus A/C of the office was a day love any other day. It’s just this was almost the last on. I’m the sort of person who runs hot plus enjoys to have our hand in stuff that is better left alone or delegated. Yet, with the younger crowd gunning for positions love mine, I was intent on keeping our corner office inside the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation plus A/C of that building. And it wasn’t just at labor where I was over intense plus fully tied up all the time. I brought all of that condo as well which just wasn’t a wonderful thing at all. Yet after all the years of residing the way I did, I just didn’t suppose how to let go. These afternoons, I’m reading. There was plenty of time to consider our situation as I laid in the central air conditioning of our house recuperating. I was allowed out of that central air conditioning for walks or to sit on the deck. But I wasn’t allowed to go back to work. Once I did go back to the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation plus A/C, there were some major changes to the hours I put in plus letting other people handle things. It’s going okay. But I even let go of micromanaging the temperature control at home. The two of us now have a smart temperature control so that’s another thing that I’m letting go of.
