Just driving condo after working all day inside the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation plus A/C of the office I’ve worked in for a decade seems different.
In fact, I sort of suppose different.
It has everything to do with the fact that I now am a homeowner. This is something I’ve been striving for a certainly long time. But thankfully, I was able to do this on our own. Most people our age plus in this stage of their work have to get married to afford a condo of their own. I’m still single plus nothing on the horizon so I simply had to keep saving plus keep looking for something in our price range, but i finally found it plus it came with a lot of work. But that’s sort of what I was signing up for when I purchased a condo in as is condition. Yet, I had a certainly well usual condo inspector check it out from stem to stern. The site got an A plus when it came to structural integrity, it was built to last. But the heating plus cooling equipment were totally shot. And that went for the ductwork to the central air conditioning as well. So replacing all of that was going to be a big expense. However, the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C professionals suggested another alternative plus that’s how I found out about ductless heat pumps. This opening was in our budget plus of course, wouldn’t involve ripping out plus replacing all the old ductwork. I have to say that I find the ductless multi chop in our house to be every bit the best quality heating plus air I’ve experienced.
