The intention was great plus both of us certainly did hope that our women could end up sharing a room through highschool.
Every one of us got to the start of middle school before it was evident that this idea was never going to work.
But what to do when it came to find another study room. I wasn’t too interested in upgrading thing like the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C equipment to get the home on the market so both of us could buy a bigger house. More mortgage was not something I needed at this stage in my life. Plus, my partner plus I loved our house. This was ours plus it was also the locale where both of us were raising our children. Perhaps once they were off on their own, we’d replace the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit plus get the home on the market. But until then, both of us thought it would be wise to simply add value to our home. That’s what both of us did with the addition of a master suite plus bath. To be honest, this was not only the smarter financial approach however something that was pretty exciting for us. Like most parents, we’ve poured most of our resources into providing for our kids. And both of us wouldn’t have it any other way. However, adding that addition was something for us plus that was good. Every one of us even have our own residential Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C in the modern study room. There is a ductless heat pump in there plus both of us even have a temperature control that has a remote. So both of us can adjust the heating plus cooling in our modern master suite from the comfort of our bed.
