Being an Heating & Air Conditioning corporation, I do all my own work in the house.
Why would I call the Heating & Air Conditioning contractor to make repairs when I was able to do it.
When both of us first got married, I didn’t mind his standing outside enjoying myself and others work on the air conditioner. She looked cute in his bathing suit, & he thought I was adorable when I was working. She liked the faces I made as I concentrated on the job. Once he got pregnant, I would not allow his in the basement. I was consistently afraid he was going to fall down the stairs & hurt his & the baby. She whined & said how cute I was & I assured I still thought he was also cute, but I didn’t want his around when I was working on the furnace. I was afraid the aroma of the fuel would make his sick, & I didn’t want to risk a fall. She seemed to understand until the next time I was in the basement. Whether I was working on the furnace or working on something else, he didn’t need to be in the basement, but fights ensued & he threatened to leave if I didn’t let his downstairs. I ended up staying upstairs with his & brought my work upstairs. When I had to go out on a service call, I consistently called his mom to come lay with her. I love being an Heating & Air Conditioning corporation & I love my partner, but I refuse to need to make a choice. If it means moving my mother-in-law with us until the baby is born, that is what I am going to do.
