All of us lived in the midwest where there is the threat of tornadoes rolling through whenever the weather swings.
The last tornado ripped our air conditioner component away from the house, & both of us had no plan where it went.
All of us hadn’t noticed the air conditioner component missing until both of us tried to turn the AC on. All of us thought the tornado had totally missed us, but both of us were wrong. The complication with this, was that since there didn’t applum to be any destruction, my hubby wanted to know what I had done to chop the AC unit? I thought he was kidding, but he said he saw myself and others playing with the thermostat. I had been trying to turn on the air conditioner, but I wasn’t playing with the thermostat. He stomped out of the house, & that was when I saw the look on his face. He waved myself and others outside, & he showed myself and others the space where the air conditioner component once sat. He apologized & said he was just aggravated, but this was why it wasn’t working. An air conditioner component isn’t going to work when it isn’t there. All of us had to call the homeowner’s insurance & both of us also had to call the Heating & Air Conditioning dealer. All of us had a modern air condirtioning component installed, but since both of us couldn’t prove it was missing because of an act of nature, they would not cover it. If both of us could more destruction than a missing AC unit, they would have paid for the modern one. I jokingly said both of us could dig up the yard a bit, & maybe destruction the porch on that side of the house, but my hubby didn’t think it was funny.
