Old condo A/C problems are for the birds

My wife in addition to myself have quickly learned there are going to be some aggravating sections that are the biggest part of an old condo purchase.

The people in addition to myself purchases sold condo for more than $1,000, in addition to the fact that we knew a lot of money would come up to replace in addition to repair lots of condo problems.

The heating system in addition to AC equipment both were mediocre as far as repairs were concerned. We had to purchase a brand new piece of AC equipment, and we also had two certainly think about replacing the heating system as well. Both were in horrible shape, and likely to cause numerous indoor air quality problems over the time. That’s certainly not something that the people in addition to myself were willing to and door, so we immediately decided to make the necessary changes.
