I’ll Need to Make an Omelet Soon

I feel like having a nice red bell pepper and cheese omelet with toast for supper soon.

It is 11:11 PM right now and I am starting to get a bit hungry.

I’m just on a roll with my HVAC unit writing job and want to keep the momentum going till I run dry for a bit. My motivation to keep writing comes in fits and starts and when I am riding a nice wave I adore to stay on it as long as I can. I adore writing about the heating and cooling field because it reminds me of the old afternoons finally working for my Mom up north. I can still recall burning paint off the sides of the old houses my Mom used to buy for renovations. Mom would gut the houses and remodel them from top to bottom, including installing new central heat and air components in each of them. The weather was absolutely freezing back then and some of the old houses had no temperature control at all. Mom would install it in them and that would raise the value of them quite a bit, as most folks can’t live in that kind of temperature without some great heating in them. The summers were a lot colder but now they have become a lot warmer and most people need some kind of central cooling system in them to live comfortably. I recognize every one of us installed central air conditioning in nearly every fixer upper that every one of us bought back in the day. I recognize that the summers now are a bit more intense than back then.
