It’s stunning how a little bit of dust along the edges of a fan impedes its cooling abilities. The edges of the fan need to be disinfected or the air doesn’t flow from them as it should and a lot of the cooling effect is negated. Imagine the grill on the AC compressor if it isn’t clean. I bet the cooling efficiency absolutely gets ruined when the air grills on the condenser or compressor are not clean. I adore having an HVAC tech come out and disinfect the grill in the air handler every multiple weeks to maintain my HVAC system running as efficiently as possible. I was trying to do it myself the other day but ended up spending a few minutes trying to locate where the grill is on the air handler. I finally provided up and contacted my local HVAC business to set up an appointment to get my HVAC system cleaned and tuned up. I recognize that it was over a year since I had it cleaned last time so I was way overdue on it. I entirely should just buy a five year repair contract to let the HVAC specialist worry about when it is time to do the cleaning task. They just place it on their schedule and let me know when it is time to get my component repair and tuned up. I have more than enough things to worry about with my local business that is trying to keep its head above water during this brutally slow Wintertide season every one of us have now. I recognize that it will be alright though.
