I’m all about staying up to date on HVAC technology.
Spring is arriving and I have to make sure the store is stocked with new things. Winter was slightly harsh but atleast nothing bad happened to our store. I sent one of my employees, Mark, on vacation for a week. He has been so vital to my success and I really need to repay him back. He is the type of guy I can count on when things go south and those types of people are hard to find these days. I haven’t been at the store much lately so when it comes to stocking and such I’m a bit confused. I started this store years back and as I gained employees some things I just let them take on for responsibilities. Mark was a key employee as he did a lot of the stocking and was always here for deliveries for new merchandise and such. Warmer temperatures mean I have to call Pete and Pete, the HVAC company I use. I think this year I’m going to have a new HVAC system installed. I’ll make sure I check with the HVAC professional to see if it’s a good idea. I’m all about staying up to date on HVAC technology. I want the experience for the customer as well as the employees that work for me to be as comfortable outside of hospitable as possible. On a side note when Mark returns from vacation I’m thinking about promoting him and growing my business even more. I just hope he returns from vacation. I know where he has family, it is absolutely gorgeous!
