Our boss always tells us that all of us have to make sure that the fence is secure; People have gone into the property to vandalize the buildings in addition to the cars.

The two of us park all of the Heating in addition to Air Conditioning vehicles inside of the section in addition to then the last person at the end of the night secures the property by tying a important chain around both gates in addition to putting a padlock on it. I forgot to secure the building last weekend. I was laboring late on Sunday in addition to I completely forgot. I’ve been laboring for the Heating in addition to Air Conditioning service in addition to replacement company for the past 2 years. I’ve had a lot of things on my mind lately. I’ve been going through a rough patch with my girlfriend in addition to I guess that she might be sleeping with 1 of my friends. I got a late beginning on Sunday because I was out getting drunk in addition to then all of us forgot to put the chain on the fence that night. Thankfully nothing was broken or vandalized. I had both of the gates closed with the chain, but I forgot to put the padlock on the fence, however my boss told me that I was going to be fired if it happened again, however he also suspended me for 1 day separate from pay. I entirely do not guess it’s fair that I got suspended for a day, however it was my own fault.
