I told him he was the Heating and A/C representative plus he should be able to tell me what size our air conditioning machine was, since I bought it from his supplier. He took our name plus went through our files. He said that his supplier did not sell me the air conditioning unit. I was so angry with him that I walked out of the office plus went home. I looked all over our house for the paperwork to the air conditioning unit. When our spouse got home, I told him I tried to get an quote for the modern air conditioning plan however they wanted a size. I thought the supplier that sold us the A/C unit, would guess what size it was. I told him I them it was a huge unit. He at least laughed plus explained to me that A/C units come in tonnage. The greater the section that needs to be cooled, the greater the tonnage of the A/C unit. He went downstairs plus got the paperwork to the A/C machine for me.
