The hotel clerk was rude about the heating issues

If it had been my first time at the hotel, I might not have ever stayed there again. The whole stay at the hotel was filled with troubles. When I evaluated into my room, the suite was not ready. Then I had troubles with the boiler. When I called the front desk hotel clerk to talk about the heating issues, she was rude as well as hung up on me. She tried to tell me that it was an accident, but I genuinely think she hung up on me on purpose. She did not want to deal with the boiler issue before she went home. It was 6:35 when I called as well as I believe her shift was over at 7:00 p.m.
