I remember the outdated apartment on the corner was abandoned for so various years, and i was absolutely surprised when somebody ended up moving into the place… They must have had a lot of money, or at least got the apartment for dirt cheap because there were a ton of renovations to take care of in that place. They had all kinds of crews coming and going for about a month and they had that place looking rather fabulous by the time they were done. The landscaping alone was particularly stunning!
