Where I’m from, it’s all about family.
And I feel that might be why I’m still here on my ancestral land that my ancestors made possible.
As a family, we’re a pretty giant group. But staying at cabin isn’t the only occasion of course. I went to college up north to taste what a real winter time was all about. But living where I have to have a gas furnace was not at all beautiful in the long term. So I feel I’m entirely fortunate that I couldn’t feel of another place I’d rather live than in my cabin region. My degree helps me integrate into the local business community. But when it came to housing, that was taken care of. My Grandparents left me a house. It’s old however sound. And I even have the occasion of buying some family land down the line. For now, it’s all about fixing up my house. I’m not taking it back to the studs however I’m for sure updating everything. I started with the residential Heating & A/C first. This house never had central air conditioning if you can feel that. Living down here separate from central air conditioning is just not something I’m planning to do. I salute the old folks for just using the window air conditionings. But I got to have me some nice residential Heating & A/C. The local Heating & A/C supplier is hooking me up with a good heat pump plus the latest in Heating & A/C technology. I’ll be able to sheetrock around the air duct once it goes in. Shoot, it might even absolutely look kind of cool exposed against the old beams! I’m happy to see just how it all turns out. But I’ll have some extreme air conditioning before the brutal heat of Summer gets here.
