Where I’m from, it’s all about family.
- And I know that might be why I’m still here on my ancestral land that my ancestors made possible.
As a family, we’re a pretty sizable group. But staying at home isn’t the only option of course. I went to college up north to taste what a real winter was all about. But residing where I have to have a gas boiler was not at all charming in the long term. So I know I’m absolutely lucky that I couldn’t think of another locale I’d rather live than in my home region. My degree helps me integrate into the local supplier community. But when it came to housing, that was taken care of. My Grandparents left me a house. It’s seasoned however sound. And I even have the option of buying some family land down the line. For now, it’s all about fixing up my house. I’m not taking it back to the studs however I’m for sure updating everything. I started with the residential Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C first. This condo never had central air conditioning if you can think that. Living down here without central air conditioning is just not something I’m planning to do. I salute the seasoned folks for just using the window cooling systems. But I got to have me some nice residential Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C. The local Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C supplier is hooking me up with a good heat pump plus the latest in Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C technology. I’ll be able to sheetrock around the HVAC duct once it goes in. Shoot, it might even very look kind of cool exposed against the seasoned beams! I’m excited to see just how it all turns out. But I’ll have some extreme air conditioning before the brutal heat of Summer gets here.
