Last year I went on two odd getaways… This might not seem like much to some people, but it’s a lot more than what I am used to, then i went about 5 years separate from ever going on a single getaway.
I am just excited to get out of the section and away from my task for a few afternoons, let alone a week… Some of my friends traveled so much over the last 5 years that it started to make me feel sort of envious when I would see their photos on social media.
I did not have the means to do this on my own, and I did not have any friends offering to take me with them. At least I can prefer the getaway time now even if it’s a little too late, one thing that helps while I am on getaway is having smart devices that I can use to monitor my property while I am away, but between my cameras and my smart temperature control, I have quite a bit of control over my house. The smart temperature control is great for decreasing the temperature if the weather variations while I am away, then periodically I just put it on auto mode to let the temperature control determine the right temperature based on whatever the weather is like outside. But sometimes I want to adjust it manually so that way I can set the temperature to whatever I want it to be. The smart temperature control, I can make all of these adjustments remotely from my iPhone. It makes it a lot easier to go on a getaway for an extended period of time.
