Then, before I knew it, I was already shedding all the winter heavy coats I had to wear when stepping outside your house.
I was finally able to separate myself from the heavy coats, boots & gloves. This meant the weather was warming up, & I was very happy. See, for the last 5 months, my great friend Zed and I had been experiencing one of the coldest winters ever. There were a few times that Zed and I experienced blizzard-level conditions that knocked the power off. It wasn’t easy to hear about people freezing in their homes, & Zed and I did our best to help out. There were charities in our area helping to hand out heating units for the folks who were in need. I constantly heard about food banks, however there were now heat banks where the local homeless went to stay warm. Zed and I were thankful to have a house, & a reliable heating system that kept us warm, however during fall, Zed and I had an Heating plus A/C specialist come to the property to do fall service. His whole career was to make sure the heating component would serve us well while in the freezing months. He was the best & he even gave us pointers on how to make sure Zed and I kept the heat in our home. This included better insulation. The heating component worked very well while in those freezing months, although I was ready for Spring. To be honest, I was constantly looking to see when the temperatures began to rise. Then, before I knew it, I was already shedding all the winter heavy coats I had to wear when stepping outside your house. I love the winter season because it looks magnificent & it’s a opportunity for life to start afresh. However, I could go separate from the freezing conditions & blizzards. Hoping this year it won’t be quite so terrible.
