I came across an advertisement for a portable A/C equipment that can be worn around the neck.
I started thinking to myself how deranged of a concept this was.
After a little bit more studying, I discovered that this was a fantastic invention, but people can wear these portable air conditioners around their necks while they toil out, toil in the garden, or whenever they want. The wearable A/C equipment is fantastic for the Summer months & people who like to toil outside. A lot of the people who purchase these portable A/C units are marathon runners. The wearable A/C units look a little ridiculous, however they are able to keep the runners cool & allow them to run longer distances. My dad recently bought one of these wearable A/C units to wear to work. She & a few of her coworkers ordered them together & they claim that it has changed the way they work. Their jobs are in a paper mill & the factory can get truly sizzling in the Summer months. They both say that wearing the portable A/C equipment around their neck is comfortable & allows them to toil longer with fewer breaks. These would also be beneficial to those laboring in construction. Labor-intensive jobs require a lot of breaks, & with the portable wearable A/C units, employers could increase productivity by having them wear these on truly sizzling afternoons. Although these devices look a little ridiculous, they are becoming more & more popular among the older population & those who toil labor-intensive jobs.
