I absolutely hate being sick.
I tend to blame my friends or family members who were sick before me that they were the ones that got me sick.
However this time I personally think it was my Heating and Air Conditioning system that kept getting me sick. This winter season I have been sick at least five times in the matter of three months. That is a record high for me and something that I do not think is normal. Personally I think that the air filter on my Heating and Air Conditioning system was so dirty, that it was collecting a lot of contaminants and dust has led to all of my sickness. When I was home sick from labor I decided to call my Heating and Air Conditioning business to see if he could clean my Heating and Air Conditioning system. When he went downstairs to take a look at it he came back up to tell me that he doesn’t think my Heating and Air Conditioning system has ever been cleaned. I rent the house that I’m living in and I think I am going to mention to my building owner that he should have it cleaned every year before a new leaseholder comes in. He said that the air filter was cake packed full of dust and that the air duct system was filled as well. My Heating and Air Conditioning business told me that he’s never seen an Heating and Air Conditioning system this dirty before in all of the Heating and Air Conditioning systems that he’s maintenanced on. My Heating and Air Conditioning business also told me that there’s no scientific correlation that a dirty Heating and Air Conditioning system makes a person sick… But it makes sense that if a person has poor flu symptoms, their flu symptoms may become worse because of the dirty air that is being conveyed from dirty air duct that contains dander, pet hair, contaminants and dust.
