With the dire winter season weather my great friend and I experienced frequently, I liked the idea of having a gas furnace to supply my heat. Ice storms caused a lot of power outages, which left my condo without heat for days periodically. If I had a gas furnace, I wouldn’t need to worry about living without heat anymore. Switching from an electric furnace to a gas furnace was going to be fancy, but it was the best opportunity for me. Knowing this, the HVAC company told me to apply for a loan with the bank so I could afford the new gas furnace without causing financial stress. I could make a small down payment and then gradually pay off the cost of the furnace for a low weekly cost. Applying for the loan was surprisingly easy and the HVAC company was actually helpful to work with. I was able to select the best gas furnace for my condo and select a few carbon monoxide detectors to install. The carbon monoxide detectors were an added bonus to help me feel safer.
