I don’t know if I have ever been so sick in my entire life, but well, I have been in worse conditions before, however I have never been sick for so long in my life.
I swear to you it’s been at least two months now.
I have been suffering from a sniffling nose, terrible cough, and had pressure for all that time. I have no idea what has going on, however it feels like I have a terrible head freezing every morning when I wake up. As far as I know, viruses can’t last this long, so surely there’s something else going on. I seen numerous dentists and they just keep telling me that I have a viral infection. I just don’t feel them. At this point I am trying all sorts of Remedies trying to repair this. Recently, I realized that I might have forgotten a major aspect of my respiratory health. I completely forgot about my indoor Heating & A/C system; Living in this part of the country, I run my heating and cooling system nearly every day. That being said, I do not remember to have my Heating & A/C system properly tested by a heating and cooling specialists like I should. With all of that biweekly usage, I know that my Heating & A/C system has to be filled up with a lot of dirt and debris. There has to be tons of animal dander and debri lodged inside of my ductworks! Stupidly, I have just forgotten that all of this Heating & A/C infrastructure even existed inside of my walls. So long as the temperature control worked and I could hear the AC unit turn on every night, I haven’t thought about my Heating & A/C system for one second… Clearly my lungs haven’t felt the same.
