I do not know if I’ve ever been so sick in my entire life… Well, I’ve been in worse conditions before, but I’ve never been sick for so long in my life.
I swear to you it’s been at least two months now.
I’ve been suffering from a sniffling nose, terrible cough, in addition to had pressure for all that time. I have no idea what has going on, but it feels like I have a terrible head cold every afternoon when I wake up. As far as I know, viruses can’t last this long, so surely there’s something else going on. I seen several dentists in addition to they just keep telling me that I have a viral infection. I just do not believe them. At this point I am trying all sorts of Remedies trying to repair this. Recently, I realized that I might have forgotten a major aspect of my respiratory health. I completely forgot about my indoor Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C system; Living in this part of the country, I run my heating in addition to cooling system nearly every day. That being said, I do not remember to have my Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C system correctly inspected by a heating in addition to cooling specialists like I should. With all of that daily usage, I know that my Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C system has to be filled up with a lot of dirt in addition to debris. There has to be tons of animal dander in addition to debri cabind inside of my HVAC ducts, and stupidly, I’ve just forgotten that all of this Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C infrastructure even existed inside of my walls. So long as the thermostat worked in addition to I could hear the AC component turn on every evening, I have not thought about my Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C system for one second, then clearly my lungs have not felt the same.
