I’ve always heard that the construction in these parts was not great.
Something about the builders in this area, they just do not produce high-quality homes.
I am not sure if it’s the culture of this city, or if they are just have not ever been high quality construction companies in the area. It’s legitimately strange. Recently I went through an experience of my own in addition to that just blew my mind. I had no idea that a real construction supplier could be so forgetful as this. I was helping a client tour homes on the market as I often do, in addition to my great friend and I opted to go into a small Bungalow in a trendy town. The bungalow had just been rebuilt in addition to I was gleeful to see what updates has been put inside, but when my great friend and I walked in, it did not feel like a new home.
