Invited potential client to my house to feel HVAC himself

In this area, everything is way too competitive.

There are so many humans living in one place that you can find every good and service available from a dozen different suppliers.

As an HVAC shop owner, this makes life particularly difficult when I’m trying to secure new clients. Especially those who are interested in large, detailed air quality control jobs. This is why I have been getting more creative with my job applications recently. In fact, last week I invited my potential client over to my house just to prove my HVAC skill set in a convincing way. I have been applying for indoor air quality control renovation jobs for over 6 years now, but the indoor air temperature and air quality repair industry is way too oversaturated in my area. There are so many damn heating, cooling, and air quality control repair shops which makes the market very competitive, whether you’re looking for a new HVAC shop or a new HVAC technician. This is why I decided to invite my potential client over for dinner after finishing our consultation at the indoor air temperature control dealership. I figured, rather than telling him all about my air purification, air conditioner, and thermostat repair, installation, and servicing skills… I should just show him. As he walked into my perfectly comfortable home and experienced the high quality indoor air for himself, he was more than impressed. When I told him that I was using basic, 10 year old HVAC equipment in tandem with the air purification system that we discussed earlier, I immediately got the job.
