Contributing writer to allergy publication about Heating and A/C

I guess that for most of my life I had secretly enjoyed writing.

  • But, it was a surprise to me when I found out that I’m fairly good at it.

Looking back I have always been complimented in this area of life. The thing is, there are only certain topics that I want to write about. I am not the sort of writer who can be given a research topic and cherish the process of developing a full book about it. Specifically, I am most interested in home repairs and heating, cooling, and ventilation solutions as they relate to respiratory health and allergy control. This is absolutely because I come from a long line of heating, cooling, and air quality control specialists… and a long line of allergy sufferers. I know everything there is to know about modern indoor air temperature control units, indoor air quality, and Heating and A/C service from my Heating and A/C family members. I know everything there is to know about allergy management from my own sniffly nose and chronic coughing. That being said, I have been working in the heating, cooling, and ventilation field for half of my life, and I know a great deal about treating indoor air to remove allergens. However, it was only a few years ago that I realized I could combine my interests in writing, dust irritations, and heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment. One of my preferred allergy publications put out a call for writers with unique perspectives – obviously they don’t have many air quality control servicemans vying for the task, because they instantaneously hired me. Now I’m a writer, Heating and A/C tech, and allergy warrior, all in one.
