I recognize it was the indoor air, not the outdoor air

When I was younger I was never allowed to do anything, but people my age were out, experiencing life and having a good time.

Meanwhile, I was continually ill; No matter what I tried to do, it was likely that I was going to wind up feeling too under the weather to participate in the end.

It was many long, boring years of being alone and staying indoors as my mother watched over me. It didn’t help that she was severely overly protective of her baby, after all of my illnesses. I found that I wasn’t able to live life the way that I wanted… Unluckyly, it seemed like my time spent in bed indoors honestly made me more sick when I was trying to avoid the allergens and airborne contaminants that were causing so many respiratory complications for me. My mother took me to every healthcare expert, however none of the prescription or over the counter dust sensitivity medications made any difference. They just kept telling me to stay within the safety of my indoor heating, cooling, and air quality control equipment, where the outdoor allergens couldn’t affect me, then little did we know, the indoor air quality control system was the culprit behind all of my respiratory sensitivities, afterall. It was many years later when I hired my own heating, cooling, and air quality control serviceman that I finally learned about Heating and Air Conditioning service. That’s when I tried HEPA air filters and professional duct cleaning for the first time, and my dust sensitivities completely cleared up. It turns out, I was never allergic to the outdoor air, I was allergic to our Heating and Air Conditioning system all along.
