Aiming for the top of the HVAC industry

You have to start small, but you have to dream big, or else what is the point? I have been struggling for a while, but I knew it would be like this. Struggling was part of the plan, to work hard for my goal now, and sacrifice everything I could, so that one day I could achieve my dreams and live like I always wanted to. My plan is working well, so far, and even though life isn’t fun I am on track with my 5 year plan. Right now I am working with a lawn crew during the day, and going to classes at night school. In another six months I’ll be done, and will get my HVAC certification which will kick off “phase 2” of my plan. At that point I can quit with the lawn crew and go to work full time with an HVAC contractor or dealership. I have done my research, and a certified HVAC tech has a lot of local job prospects. Phase 2 of the plan is to work as much as I can for the HVAC contractor, logging overtime, working holidays, doing everything I can to earn money and log experience. My plan calls for me to bust my hump at this job for 3 years, and hopefully by that point I will have enough savings to start my own heating and cooling house call business. I will work out of my garage, keep overhead low, and do nothing to visit people’s homes and provide A+ service for their heating and cooling systems.
