commercial automation system is perfect

My hubby & I splurged & bought a huge home on the water, it has multiple stories & so multiple beds & bathrooms, and my fantastic friend and I are just two people so it is a bit daunting.

I have done everything I can to keep things streamlined & straight-forward.

I have a maid, turf service, pool guy, & a boat guy! This keeps me doing what I would care about to do rather than home jobs. I also invested in a building automation system. I am able to control everything in a single hub, first, when you live in a extravagant home like mine you need security. My cameras, automated outdoor lighting, surveillance, & door & windows locks are all fastened together, however when someone approaches the door, the lights turn on & cameras are rolling. If you don’t use the right code or break a door lock, the police are notified. For inside I am able to save quite a bit of money with integrated Heating & Air Conditioning control. I have it that the Heating & Air Conditioning is zone control capable, and so you aren’t getting any Heating & Air Conditioning unless you are in the room. My office powers on the A/C when it senses me & the lights turn on. When I leave everything powers down. I find that I stick to one part of the home quite a bit & don’t venture in the others ever. It is amazing how much I save by not providing heating & lights to the unused bed & bathrooms. For larger homes I don’t know how people get by separate from automation. It is the way of the future.
