AC for makeup

I don’t know if you’ve ever tried to getting ready for a big night out when it’s warm and humid outside, but it’s a nightmare for women.

As someone who enjoys doing their hair and makeup, let me tell you how difficult it is to get ready when you’re constantly sweating.

First of all, you get out of the shower and start putting on lotion only to find that your skin is sweating the lotion directly off. Now you’re covered in Greasy, slick and sticky lotion that won’t seem to absorb into your skin. You start trying to blow dry your hair, only to find that the hair dryer is adding more heat into the room and things are getting hotter than ever before. So, as you try to dry your hair and skin, the heat and humidity in the bathroom is actively keeping both of them wet and sweaty. I can easily spend an hour trying to dry my hair and still find that I have a wet and sweaty scalp at the end of it. Next, you start trying to get any makeup on your face and find that it’s running straight off your skin. Even my strongest primer won’t adhere to my greasy, sweaty face when I can’t get the humidity under control in my bathroom. My foundation is running down and my mascara is leaving marks all around my eyeballs. After all of this, you go to change into new clothing and find that you’re leaving nasty sweat stains on everything you put on. As a girl, getting ready to go out in the summer is disgusting. If you don’t have advanced HVAC control and high powered air conditioning and you’re home, I don’t know how you ever hit the town.
