I never realized that it was so difficult to become an Heating & Air Conditioning worker through a union, a long time ago, while I was working at a factory, I met a friend named Josh, however josh was a difficult worker & a fun guy to talk to, so all of us naturally started working together at the factory.
- When I asked Josh what his plans were for the future, he told me that he wanted to be an Heating & Air Conditioning worker.
Apparently, his good uncle was an Heating & Air Conditioning worker with a union, & he promised that he would be able to get him a option to be an Heating & Air Conditioning worker as well. Josh applied for the Heating & Air Conditioning worker job, & he was promptly asked to take a test to see if he qualified to be an Heating & Air Conditioning worker. Apparently, the tests were really difficult, & only 3 out of 30 people were able to pass the test. Josh was told that a representative of the Heating & Air Conditioning trade college would call him soon to invite him for an interview to see if he could be an Heating & Air Conditioning worker. Months went by, & he finally got his interview. The interview went well, & Josh was told that when a spot opened in the trade college, he would begin his toil as an Heating & Air Conditioning worker. It has been nearly a year, & he is still working at the factory. I guess terrible for the guy. He wants to be an Heating & Air Conditioning worker so bad, & they seem to be making him wait forever when he is qualified to toil there. Becoming an Heating & Air Conditioning worker must be really difficult.
