It was a good move to take along my snowsuit – cold stay at Grandpa’s

On occasion, people make fun of me for being over prepared wherever I happen to go, however I know that they are extremely foolish for being so brash that they believe they will never require back up gear.

That’s always a reason why people get killed in horror motion pictures.

Not me, I am going to be the main character who is smart to be continually prepared for the worst as well as ready to lead the less precautionary band of people to safety. Anyways, that is at least one goal in life for me. I always wanted to have preparations on hand for anything that could possibly go wrong. That’s why, when I was headed up to my Grandparents’ lake residence up North, I made the choice to pack my full set of Winter season gear. I never really know if I am going to run into some vehicle trouble along the way as well as get stranded on the side of the road. At that point, you honestly want to have good Winter season gear or else you are basically at the mercy of strangers to pick you up as well as let you take advantage of their heating machine. Outside of bunking with a stranger, you will not find sufficient heating as well as you will probably die from hypothermia. No thank you. I threw my snowsuit into the vehicle as well as congratulated myself for thinking of the brutal Heating as well as Cooling situation that awaited. As much as I worried about the nippy vehicle ride, I never considered that there could be more air temperature drawbacks once I arrived at my final destination. Apparently, Grandpa had stopped utilizing his central forced air oil heating machine this year! He had been operating a small electric fireplace while I am stuck sleeping in the study room every night. You better believe that snow suit came in handy when I was sleeping in the unheated study room.
