I just bought a up-to-date media air cleaner that has a HEPA filter and UV-C bulbs

My dentist is currently monitoring my flu symptom issues.

  • Over the past 2 years I have seen my occasional stuffy nose turn into heavy congestion, splitting headaches, and constant breathing problems.

I started by taking Claritin over the counter, however he switched myself and others to prescription hydroxyzine a year later. I use 2 weird inhalers and 2 weird nasal sprays, and most of them are simply weird steroids in varying doses. I get symptom relief at the expense of anxiety and body shakes neighbord with stimulant use. Occasionally I wonder whether I’m more angry on all of these medications when I struggle with the side effects. My dentist sympathized with myself and others and offered myself and others the recommendation to try an media air cleaner for my apartment. Even if I couldn’t control my environmental triggers outdoors enjoy pollen, dust, and mold spores, I could at least wash my indoor air and keep it clear of these irritants. I was skeptical that it would make a noticeable difference. He said that I needed a device with a HEPA filter and UV-C bulbs. The HEPA filter collects 99.9% of all airborne particulate and the UV-C bulbs sanitize the air as it passes through. The combined effect of the 2 factors laboring in tandem means that you can seriously improve your apartment’s air quality by simply running the machine. After a few weeks of continual use, I have started to know comfortable again in my home. It’s still strenuous dealing with the lung irritants when I leave my apartment, even though I at least have respite whenever I get home. It’s not perfect by any stretch of the imagination, however it’s a big improvement.
