After moving into my apartment there are so many things that I want to do.
I want to paint every room in the apartment a current color.
I want to scrap all the popcorn ceiling off. I need current floors, a greater washroom and an substituted home office would be nice, then outside of the apartment needs some like too. There are tons of shrubs that I want hacked down, the apartment repainted and the shed insulated. The list goes on and on with the things I want. I only want to spend cash on fun things rather than boring a singles. I suppose that I should get the roof checked and some of the shingles substituted. I also need some of the electricity moved in the apartment to more practical areas. The last thing is the home Heating and A/C plan is 18 years old. I suppose that the gas furnace and a/c plan is going to die soon. It would be smart to substitute the Heating and A/C sooner rather than later. I can wait on having brand current brick in the washroom or a state of the art home office! Not having quality a/c in the Summer or proper heating in the Winter time would be horrible. Summer humidity would cause moisture disfigure, mold and bugs to come into my house. The Winter time frosty would ruin electronics, cut my wood and just be horrible! Who wants to pay for a current heating and a/c plan though? Right now it still works. I think I will need to substitute it just because I suppose that it is a slowly dying horse.
