Before COVID became a thing I was thinking about getting an air cleaner.
I have consistently had a problem with our sinuses and I figured getting an air cleaner wouldn’t hurt.
I don’t want any smells or dust lingering in our indoor air conditions either. I already use HEPA filters for cleaning, however another IAQ component could not hurt things. Then COVID happened and all the people started to worry about their air quality. All the air cleaners at our local Heating and Air Conditioning company were scooped up. The only thing our Heating and Air Conditioning company had left was humidifiers and dehumidifiers. I didn’t care about the moisture levels of our air, just how clean it is. I keep thinking that if I wait long enough, the Heating and Air Conditioning company will get more air cleaners back in stock. Well the virus is now on a minute wave. So what do you know, more air cleaners were in stock and then taken again. I just can’t seem to get our hands on 1. I dislike that people are buying up these devices because they are scared of the virus. I wanted an air cleaner before it was trendy! Now I have been looking at models online and they aren’t somewhere near as good. They don’t clean the air as well or detach as much. They also don’t hook right into the Heating and Air Conditioning equipment. I am sick of just not having 1 though. It has been nine weeks of me trying to get our air cleaner. I either need to be put on a waiting list or just buy something else.
